Doubtful: Implantation bleeding is often confused as a light period. It actually a drop or two of bright blood 6-7 days after you ovulate. And that's all you get. So, if this is when you are supposed to get your cycle, then you are having a light and short period. The brown and pink stuff is due to a very light flow.
