Benzo tolerance : yes, tolerance can be reversed however I don't know that there's good evidence to show how long that will take. However if you have been taking them for a long time frequently, then be aware that stopping them cold-turkey can cause withdrawl. Talk to your doctor about how to taper off, then see if it's healthy to consider using them again or finding an alternative
