They'reNotFromLiver: There are all kinds of products out there that say they work. I'm sure they do in some people. you'd just have to try and find out. There are also prescription medications, like hydroxyquinone that might work or...exchange the brown spots for red. Then there's various lasers or other pulse-like devices. But for OTC, start with A and go til you reach Z. Most of them have gentle bleaching agents.
