Nothing wrong: There is nothing wrong with your body. Only 1 out of 4 conceptions, when a sperm meets an egg, results in a successful pregnancy. When a pregnancy stops developing, most of the times it is chromosomal abnormalities so severe that Mother Nature aborts the development.
