I have upper abdominal pain after eating chocolate and im not sure why this is?

Abdominal Pain: is the pain only with eating chocolate or with other types of food like spicy, fatty? does increase with lying flat? if yes then most probably you have a problem with your gastroesophageal junction and/or increase stomach acid secretion. try over the counter antacids they might help.
