Helps symptoms: In the us the drug is used under the name Ella (ulipristal acetate) for morning after birth control use, it modifies the fibroids response to your bodies progesterone hormone and can slow down or shrink fibroids a little, it is not a cute but for some women who have fibroids large enough to cause pressure pain or increased bleeding it can reduce symptoms, check with your Gyn or family Doctor to see if it's worth a try
