51yo had 2 ct scans + 3 mris during lifetime + 50+mammo pics last year due to complication of biopsy. is it too much radiation to do kidney ctw/ctrst?

A balance is needed: The mri is not an issue. The number of mammograms seems to me to be excessive but that would depend on the complication. The CT of the kidneys should be no issue. One must balance the benefits vs the potential risks. You should also discuss your concerns with your doctors. Perhaps some of any further imaging be done with MRI
