Yes, but not often : Any inflammatory lesion can cause local lymph node enlargement however, enlarged nodes in the groin are not commonly associated with these perianal problems. See a surgeon they can assess and treat the perianal problems and evaluate the nodes.

No: No, generally not. A peri rectal abscess or fistula might, but there are many non-anal possibilities. See your primary care physician.
