Check urine: Your flank pain highly suggests a kidney infection. Zpak does not treat UTI. Please check with you primary doc. Get well.

M.D.: You may have a urinary or pulmonary infection which needs further evaluation and treatment. I would suggest following up with your physician, and that they test your urine for infection and perform a pulmonary function test. If your asthma is not under control, you will need a medication adjustment. A virtual appt is available after being seen in the ED.
