It is safe. : Plan B (EC) is most effective when taken within the first 24 hrs of unprotected sex. Major medical groups agree that repeat use of EC is safe. The World Health Organizationsays that the “repeated use [of EC] poses no known health risks" and may be repeated in the same menstral cycle. However, it should not be used as a form of regular birth control! Your next cyce may be off.
