Bacterial vaginosis?: Fishy vaginal odor is usually due to bacterial vaginosis, or sometimes trichomonas. BV is caused by bacterial overgrowth in the vagina, and trich is an STD, but it's easily missed on routine STD testing. I'm puzzled by "no infection" -- BV is an infection and is pretty easy to diagnose and can be treated with antibiotics, especially metronidazole. Return to your doctor, or get a second opinion.
