No Worries: Since you tolerated this medication last time you are at no greater risk than the general population for developing an allergy to doxycycline. Of course you need to be exposed to a medication first before you can develop an allergy, but that should not prevent you from taking medications for a second time. Having a history of being atopic (allergic) is not a risk factor for most drug allergies.
