See my remark: From your one sentence,I can't see what is the issue with delayed puberty?I assume you are not circumcised,most people around the world are not circumcised.Premature ejaculation in not an uncommon complaint among men. See a urologist for the latter complaint,there are ways to help as well as medication.Cheer up young man,there is a whole world for you to explore
