Many factors: Oligohydramnios is often associated with congenital kidney disease, placental problems, post maturity, premature rupture of membranes. Were kidneys seen? Abdominal ascites can be related to kidney problems.Dolochocephaly related to closure of sagittal suture in skull. Everything depends on severity of oligohydramnios and its etiology as to prognosis of child.
