See cardiologist: Stress is bad only if you feel you have no control over the situation.Since you are having symptoms (heart fluttering often) it would be a good idea to see a cardiologist to evaluate what is going on. Things like diet, exercise, weight, and smoking can impact how much the stress effected you and, most importantly, a cardiologist can tell you more about your risk and how to decrease it.
