Ejaculation: Difficulty climaxing can have many causes. The time between ejaculations is the simplest cauase. Try obstaining for a few days. Many medications cause prolonged time to ejaculation. Ssri antidepressants are famous for this side effect. If none of the above apply, see a urologist for examination and evaluation.
