I got my wisdoms out 3 weeks ago. all are healed but 1. this 1 still has an open socket and has dull pain. if it's a dry socket will it heal itself?

3 Weeks: After three weeks, it is probably not a dry socket. Delayed healing, maybe. It should heal by itself, but if it would make you feel more comfortable, let your oral surgeon take a look.

See your surgeon: for evaluation, x-ray and treatment if needed. It is not at all normal to still be in pain after 3 weeks.
