My baby has a blue tongue, nothing else is blue... acting happy and normal... whats going on?

Blue tongue: Tough to say without being examined. Baby needs to be checked out and have their heart and lungs checked bc potential sign of cyanosis where showing the baby might not be getting enough oxygen.
