my 15 yr old son has lower back pain off/on for a yr as well as bleeding while bowel movement..we've been to several drs but no diagnosis..related?

Back pain : we need more information to help you. The first thing that down to mind is inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. The others causes are rhemiatoligcal diseases like ankylosing spOndylitigis. Need more information
