Over the past 3 days i have had some dull aching and tenderness in my left arm pit. i feel no lumps, just thickness, should i go to a doctor?

Aching left armpit: Yes follow up with urgent care /doctor. Could be the beginning of an abscess-need antibiotics , rarely lymph node from infection or mass or clot ( but usually have to had pressure or physical stress on the arm or a pic line in ) .
