Seek other advice: While pheo's are incredibly rare, your symptoms are obviously coming from some issue. It's not normal to have HR's in the 180's unless you are really exercising hard at the time. Is it possible to get a second opinion to better sort through things? How high was your urine epinephrine(adrenaline)?
