No you're fine: I am nearly twice your age and I continue to wrestle competitively as well as training six days per week at approximately 2 to 4 hours per day. I also work full-time, have a family, and I feel great. No smoking, no drinking, and I do my best to watch my diet in terms of quality and I keep my weight down for competitive reasons. No, you are not overdoing it. Keep on trucking man!

Listen: To your body. If you are feeling run down and your athletic performance is worsening then you might need to lightening up your exercise regimen. Otherwise if all goes well, keep at it. Remember, it's OK to variability in the intensity of your workouts, as in some days intense and other days light.
