Relax: Women that have cramps during early pregnancy, often go on to delivery healthy babies. Worrying will not help. In fact, if anything, the stress of worrying is not good for you nor your pregnancy. Dehydration and infections are common causes of cramping during pregnancy. Make sure you are well hydrated: Drink lots of fluids and Rest. If cramping continues consider being checked for infection(s)

Pregnant: With this type of cramping i would make sure you get an ultrasound to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Watch for bleeding and increased pain. Follow up with your OB/GYN physician very soon. Hope this helps.
