This is a situation: that we will not be able to treat you for. With this history - it really is essential that the MRI results be taken into account. With a comprehensive history, full examination and indicated tests (to include MRI) the picture and treatment plan will become more apparent. It would really be a mistake to tell you how this should be managed without taking the MRI & other factors into account.
