Random Bleed: By your description it is likely just occasional left over menstrual bleeding. If this rarely occurs then it does not mean much of anything especially since it was light and ended after two days. If the bleeding was over 7 days and occurred more frequently (every 2-3 weeks) then there should be some level of concern. But likely your fine.
