Hmmm, Bump?: Tough to say what this could be. It is very difficult if not impossible, to diagnose what the bump may be over the computer. Your best advice is to see a Doctor and have the bump looked at, examined and then obtain a more definitive diagnosis and treatment. Best wishes.
