More history: This could just be a normal variation or it could be a sign of a problem. More history such as contraceptive use and whether you are having unprotected sex would be necessary to say. In the meantime you could check a pregnancy test if that is a possibility.

Cycles: may vary from month to month based on hormonal flucuations, stress, tension, anxiety, illness etc. Considered normal unless bleeding is severe. See your GYN if issues continue and monitor your cycles with a menstrual journal,
