Don'tForgerSunBlock!: People can have sun reactions like that.Some feel real cold and may shiver for a while.Others may sneeze or cough.Some get an immediate headache.In your case I bet it's due to all the hair follicles tightening as you get hit with those rays Maybe a primitive response attempting to fluff and cover more skin with what was once fur. It could also be a momentary release of chemicals like bradykinin
