No way to know: you need to be examined. While at your age very few serious things will cause chest pain, and most of the time it ends up being muscle spasm in chest wall muscles, or sometimes spasm of the esophagus, there are things involving the heart, lungs and related organs that can also do that. A full history and a general physical examination can give most of the answers, and sometimes X-rays and EKG.
