PCOS: People with pcos are at increased risk fior heart attack in later part of life. You are very young. Hence it is unlikely. Pcos also increases the incidence of pulmonary embolism (blood clot in lungs) because pcos is thrombogenic. As you are having chest pain and shortness of breath, you have consult a physician immediately to rule out blood clots in lungs.

Yes, call now. : If you're being treated for pcos ; have htn, i'd be worried about blood clots. Deep vein thrombosis (dvts) can occur especially if you are also on ocps. Call your doc asap, he/she should know your history, risk factors, ; medications. If you can't reach your doc, go to the nearest emergency department ; take all of your medications with you.
