Depends on cause of deficiency: Mensturation/ Blood Loss, G.I. bleeding; Diet/ malnutrition; Chronic Diseases inherited/ acquired; Infection eg malaria. Medication interference etc. Should feel better in a few days, remission 6- 8 weeks even to 6 month
