Prob not needed: There are some theoretical questions about the interaction of vitamin C with oral contraceptive pills.Taking vitamin C may result in increased blood concentration of estradiol which, again theoretically, might impact the pill's effectiveness. 600 mg is a moderate dose; I would try to get more vitamin C in my diet, & limit supplemental vitamin C to 250 mg. You probably don't need any. Good wishes:)
