My left eyelid does like a single flutter, then stays partly closed for a second or so. this happens quite frequently but only in the left lid. thank?

Lid fluttery: this sounds like an entity called fasciculation. It is a twitch of the lid,lasting very short duration,recurrent and stops by itself. Usually related to stress. Does not cause any other eye symptoms. If any should develope you should see your ophthalmologist.
