On doxy for treating chronic lyme - pills are 100mg each and i am supposed to take 200mg a day.should i take both at same time or split it up?

One tab twice a day: Though I don't treat chronic Lyme, as a general recommendation with doxycycline: Taking two caps at once of this drug, is typically too much to bear because of severe nausea and likely vomiting that ensues. I'd advise taking it separately, once in the morning and once in the evening.
