Stop eating sushi: You may be developing an allergic reaction to sushi. It is unclear from your description but you are not displaying the classical symptoms of an allergy either which includes a rash, swelling of lips and tongue, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, abdominal pain. I would strongly recommend visiting your GP to conduct some allergy tests and take it from there. In the meantime avoid eating sushi
