Its not a tumor: Brain tumors in a child can be subtle and difficult to diagnose. As you implied, persistent vomiting without a clear cause can be an important symptom. Others can include excessive sleepiness, headache, weakness, clumsiness or visual changes. Diarrhea is NOT a sign of a brain tumor: if a child has vomiting and diarrhea this is likely gastroenteritis. Make sure they are getting plenty of fluids
