I'd say 'yes': Unless it's gone and never returns - yes, have an exam. If it seems unusual, it may be a very wise thing to have an early evaluuation and nip a possible problem in the bud. It may be nothing - probably it's not going to be clear - but it will do no harm to check. Best wishes!
