A member asked:

Does masturbation stunts growth in teens? can someone still grow at 16 years old?

No. And yes.: If the bone still has growth plate, it will grow even at age 16. Different bones complete growth at different ages, but most long bones can still grow at age 16 in an otherwise normal person.

Growth potential: After puberty, most men and women do not experience much increase in height (which is largely determined by genetics). The best way to maximize your height is through balanced nutrition, good posture and exercises that will strengthen your back and core muscles to support your spine. Masturbating does not interfere with growth.

No: Masturbation is a topic often frowned on by various segments of society & seldom discussed openly. It does not make any difference in your physical stamina or growth.Males finish linear growth between 16-19. A single xray of your wrist/hand can be studied for growth centers. If present you can grow more, if closed you are done.Proper diet/rest & exercise support normal growth.
