I hope you get more: Hopefully, others will also reply, but I admire your courageous skepticism. I tend to think the E will not be effective, but not do harm. The hcg would be for under-developed testes, not penis and the shots would be a lower dose (500-1,000) 3X per week for some mths. Get a 2nd opinion to be safe. Also try to have faith that size is not as impt as skill and caring.
