See below: The rise in bhcg is reassuring, but the drop in Progesterone and spotting can be of concern. At this stage of pregnancy, it is still probably too early to see a heart beat on ultrasound, but it should be coming very, very soon. Follow up with your doctor, but definitely call if your bleeding picks up.

Good outcome: If there's no heavy vaginal bleeding , cramping . Slight drop in Progesterone is expected as pregnancy progresses. God bless u!
