Abdominal pains: Non specific. Is there any associated diarrhea or constipation? Gas? May be gas, constipation, ( drink 2.5-3.5 liters a day water/gatorade so as not to dilute sodium). Keep a food diarrhea t see what food irritate your abdomen and after which food you get discomfort , if any. You could try a trial of maalox with simethicone which absorbs gas and see if that helps F/u with doctor /urgent care
