I have tendonitis and would like to know how i should take care of it and what medicine i could take for the inflammation.

Tendinitis : Most tendinitis conditions are helped with activity reduction, ice, stretching, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory's. Certain tendons also benefit with bracing. Some require formal physical therapy. Some tendinitis respond slowly and require injection therapy which can include steroid injections and also platelet rich plasma injections.
