Hey i have a rash on both arms really red and itchy and burns and i can't get it to go away should i wrap with ace bandage im not allergic to that?

No you should see : A dermatologist and figure out what the dermatitis is and they can prescribe something to help it go away, or figure out the etiology. Does not sound like compression would do anything.
