Sounds like: you should see your Primary Care Provider! Upper GI evaluation may be necessary but your PCP may wish to try some symptomatic treatment before xray or endoscopy! Hope this helps Dr Z

Abdominal Pain: You probably need to be more specific regarding the location of your pain. Differential is huge for upper abdominal pain from PUD, Pancreatitis, Cholelithiasis, Cholecystitis. You should see a primary care doctor and have them evaluate you regarding your pain.
