Gentle exercise: I suggest gentle range of motion and stretching exercises of your shoulders every day (once or twice a day). Prior the exercises warm your shoulder up with a warm shoulder or heating pad. Try not to cause pain while doing these exercises, if anything hurts, back off a little. Treatment with a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) such ibuprofen or naproxen may also be helpful.
