None come to mind: Creating acute tryptophan deficiency can lower serotonin levels (temporarily) - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25663044 However, I would expect serotonin depletion to produce mostly *negative* mood or behavioral effects. I am not aware of any clinical need for blocking the production of serotonin - nor can I think of any medication known to inhibit its production.
