No: Look for some other cause. I'm concerned about deep vein thrombosis.

No: MS is a disease of brain, eye, and spinal cord. It does not cause focal swelling or inflammation of leg. You need to check with your doctor as possible vein obstruction such as thrombophlebitis, may be causing your issues.
