Not gonorrhea: The immune system clears gonorrhea over time, usually within a few months and probably always within a year. Same for chlamydia, a more common STD that causes discharge. So there is no reason to suspect either of these. Trichomonas, also an STD, might be a possibility, but most likely it's no STD at all. It should be possible to find a cause and effective treatment; see your doctor about it.
