I've had a uvulectomy to help me with sleep apnea. am i at risk of this causing issues down the line? such as sudden bleeding later in life?

No: Not an issue. Hope it helped the apnea. If not, see a Prosthodontist who offers intraoral snoring aid which may help with this without the need for C-PAP. Good Luck.

Get a sleep study: Outcome data from numerous studies have demonstrated significant short-term benefits and success rates of 50-59 if only Uvulectomy is done. Get a PSG test done to check your progress. Best of luck.
