Don't worry: This is probably just coming from the congestion (which is caused by extra blood) in your nose. It should get better as you recover from your cold/allergy attack etc. Try sinus rinses to help with the congestion, and don't blow the nose so hard. If the bleeding persists or gets severe, have it checked out. Best wishes.

Pregnant Nose Bleed: Bleeding the nose is common after congestion, especially during pregnancy. Start using saline nose sprays, like simply saline or ocean nasal spray. Any moisturizer will help, a vaporizer or long, hot showers. If the bleeding persists, go see an ENT doctor.
